Weekly Weigh-In: 2/17/14

This week's stats: Gained 3.6 pounds and 1" in the waist. Lost 1" in the hips. Chest stayed the same. (I know that was due to eating things I either don't normally eat or more frequently than usual.) Back on it today with Fitness 101 and normal eating. Lesson learned.
