Fitness Check-In: 3/17/14

Monday: Fitness 101 (Beginning Step/Hand weights/mat work)
Tuesday: Int/Adv Step
Wednesday: 50 min on the bike and all but one of my weight machines
Thursday: Dance
Friday: Dance (no belly dancing in the morning as back was still flaring.)
Nothing this weekend because we were enjoying a visit from my sister.
