Monday: Fitness 101
Tuesday: Step
Wednesday: Rest day because my lower back was flaring up.
Thursday: Dance class
Friday: Belly Dance class in the morning then taught my own dance class in the evening.
(Can I just say I am SOOO sore from my shoulders down to my ribcage!?!) I'm also thinking of saving money to take Pilates again. I really do miss it.
